Vice President for Clinical Site Services, Clinical Site Services

Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President for Clinical Site Services. She is primarily responsible for strategic marketing and product development. Her proven creative skills, in addition to the communications and marketing strategy, bring the best of both worlds together for the benefit of our clients. Jennifer’s team-oriented perspective guides her interactions with each client, ensuring that each client is heard, understood, and provided with results.

Jennifer’s background includes more than 12 years of leadership in the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing industry, with a concentration on patient recruitment operations.

Prior to joining CSS, Jennifer held the title of Director of Marketing and Media Services at Pharmaceutical Research Plus, where she was responsible for the creation and implementation of strategic media campaigns.

Ms. Whitlock is a member of the Baltimore/Washington chapter of the ACRP. Jennifer received her BS from Towson University, and is currently working towards her Master’s in Marketing/Communication.
